About the Peer Review Board

In 2026, the Journal of Corporation Law created a Peer Review Board. The goal of this Board is to further enhance the academic rigour of the Journal and to provide authors with additional meaningful opportunities to engage with subject-matter experts. This Board is composed of leading scholars and practitioners who are experts in their respective fields. At the discretion of the Articles Team, articles submitted for publication will receive substantive, double-blind feedback from two members of the Peer Review Board.

The Journal of Corporation Law retains full editorial control of publication, now with additional support from the Peer Review Board.
