JCL Digital is the online partner to the Journal of Corporation Law. JCL Digital publishes online responses to articles published in the print edition of the Journal of Corporation Law. The responses published in JCL Digital further the dialogue surrounding the print articles by adding new or countering ideas. The Journal of Corporation Law is so excited to launch our first response piece to Volume 47, Issue 4 and look forward to the many responses to come.

Want to publish with JCL Digital?
All submissions should be response pieces to articles published by The Journal of Corporation Law, should be between 4,000-7,000 words including footnotes, and have bluebook formatted citations.
